ABOUT US
Our lead investigator, Troy Murdock, is a retired FBI Special Agent with over 34 years of law enforcement experience at the State and Federal levels. As a private investigator he utilizes the investigative techniques and skills which have evolved over the last three decades. ​
Prior to becoming a private investigator, Troy served the citizens of the United States through his 20-year tenure with the FBI. He began his career in Charlotte, NC investigating bank robberies, violent gangs, and locating and arresting violent crime fugitives. Troy was transferred to San Diego, CA where he was the coordinator of a multiple agency violent crime and gang task force. In 2010, he was promoted to a supervisor and served in various supervisory roles in Midland, TX, Washington DC, Springfield, MO, and St Louis, MO. Some of his roles included the following: Counterterrorism investigative oversight, violent crime task force investigations, SWAT team coordinator duties, and crisis management on scene commander.
Before joining the FBI, Troy served 14 years as a Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper. During his time as a Trooper, Troy was an accident reconstructionist, a certified Drug Recognition Expert, an Emergency Vehicle Operation Course instructor, and assistant zone supervisor.
Our pledge to our clients is to provide all pertinent information available to allow for important fact-based decisions to be made. We will provide detailed reports of our investigation to include photographs, if applicable. A-Team Investigative and Security Solutions LLC focuses on Civil Process, Skip Tracing, Civil and Criminal Investigative Assistance, and Active Shooter presentations.
